Stoneridge Apartments is a 150-unit apartment and townhouse property located just to the northwest of Dayton, Ohio. Our quiet community is nestled in a beautiful, park-like setting but is close to I-70, shopping, dining, retail centers, and a regional hospital.  The property includes a clubhouse with a pool, fitness center, party room, laundry center, and management offices.

Stoneridge offers 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments, town homes, and villas. Every tenant gets access to our beautiful outdoor swimming pool, as well as free off street parking, 24-hour laundry facility, and updated clubhouse that can be rented for private parties.     As a current resident, I can say that living at Stoneridge is by far my favorite home. Karen the manager and maintenance staff have been very responsive and easy to communicate with. Whenever I have had an issue they have been awesome! The property is well maintained and the residents are friendly. Great location with parks, shopping, and highway close by. I would highly recommend living here.

    Have lived at Stoneridge for three years. The management is kind and quick to fix problems. They are tolerant of my misbehaving pets. It is a safe place to live. I often walk my dog late at night. Lovely wooded location. They will treat you well if you do the same.

    This is a great place to live! The property manager Karen is awesome she gets back to you very fast on anything you need. Any time I have needed to call maintenance they are very fast to respond and are very professional. This is a great area to live and the comfortable and quiet apartment is always well taken care of.

    Karen, the property manager, is fantastic! Very helpful and always a pleasure to chat with. The apartments are nice and in a fun area. Tons of food and shopping near by as well as hiking/bicycle/dog trails. Maintenance was quick to respond when needed, even when I had an issue at 2 am. The parking lot stays clean as well as plowed during the winter. All of my neighbors are very friendly. I honestly wouldn't be leaving if it wasn't due to being furloughed because of Covid-19.

    My family absolutely loves Stoneridge!!! The apartments are great, well kept and clean. Karen is the best and she is always so kind and quick to help with any issues you may have. She responds promptly to all my emails and communicates great. I love the newsletters the complex sends out and Stoneridge really gives you a sense of community and belonging. Everyone I have met has been nice and all my neighbors are respectful and friendly. The maintenance crew also does a great job maintaining the property. I highly recommend living at Stoneridge!!!
