What is your rental criteria?

All applications are subject to approval through an outside Screening Program. The Screening Program reviews applications based on an empirical system that incorporates various credit factors and other non-statistical factors to determine overall applicant worthiness. The Screening Program also reviews other criteria, such as Evictions, Rental Collections, and Criminal Background. We may have additional requirements based on the results, such as a non-refundable Risk Mitigation Fee. Applicants who do not have a Social Security Number cannot be processed and will, therefore, be subject to additional screening and/or other requirements. Please get in touch with the leasing office for details and to receive a copy of our qualifying criteria.

    I like it here because they accepted my dog. I had a hard time finding an apartment that would let me bring him, thankfully the girl in the office approved him. She told me they allow small and large dogs as well, just not aggressive dogs. I also like that we are set back in off the main street so I can have a large area to walk. My neighbors are always friendly and helpful and I haven't had any problems yet.

    I just moved in Alcoma on April 1st. My 2 bedroom apartment with a balcony (I call my Palace) is so very nice, and huge. It's like living in a house. Everything was spotless upon moving in, and it is very comfortable. The maintenance man is so very nice and helpful. The halls, laundry room, lobby and elevator are very well kept. And it so very convenient to have the rent office right on the property, where if you need the ladies in the office during the day they are very nice and right there. I'm never moving from Alcoma on the Green. I found my forever home.

    Alcoma on the Greens is a safe wonderful place to live. I am a Tenant at Alcoma on the Greens and it is a safe place for myself and my four children. I just want to say thank you to the Building Manager and Property Manager Walter Wilson for taking charge and making Alcoma on the Greens to back the way it was which was a safe respectable and a wonderful place to live and they also have payment on-line so that you can pay your rent on-line if you can’t get to the office to pay in person. But thank you so much to the Building Manager and the Property Manager Walter Wilson without y’all it would not be what it is right now.
