Campus Side Apartments are the best apartments I've had the opportunity to live at in Slippery Rock. I've lived on campus and at The Grove and never had as good of an experience as I've had here. The staff is absolutely amazing. They care about their residents and genuinely try to help with any problems you're having, whether it be financial, personal, or an issue with your apartment. The apartments have everything you could want and need, they offer tanning, laundry services, and a 24 hour gym. I'd recommend to anyone looking for an apartment to stop by the Campus Side clubhouse!

Excellent location layout of the apartment is convenient amenities are awesome Mara goes above and beyond for her tenants she is knowledgeable courteous polite and will assist you with all your needs made a wonderful home here.

I like it here because they accepted my dog. I had a hard time finding an apartment that would let me bring him, thankfully the girl in the office approved him. She told me they allow small and large dogs as well, just not aggressive dogs. I also like that we are set back in off the main street so I can have a large area to walk. My neighbors are always friendly and helpful and I haven't had any problems yet.

We recently moved in. The complex is nice and clean. The maintenance staff is excellent. The staff in the office of Donna and Megan are a great team to have here at Fawn lake. I would highly suggest Fawn lake apartments to anyone.

Nice place but everyone doesn't pick up after their pets

Mara has super impressed me. I called 10pm on a Monday night, thinking I would leave a voicemail due to the time. She answered my call and had me moving into an apartment by Friday. She is diligent to get back to you. Even if you prefer just text. She also makes sure your apartment is perfect and she tries to help with everything including helping me find a job since my boyfriend works at the plant. Love that we chose here instead of renewing our lease at Rochester Village in Cranberry.

Im so happy that the fitness center is open and running. It took for new staff to get something fixed. Finally =)

Living at campus side has been a great experience. The office staff and maintenance go above and beyond the call of duty. The prices are reasonable and it's close to campus and all the major appartment complexs'. I would recomend it to any college student!

Great place to live for the price

Have lived at Stoneridge for three years. The management is kind and quick to fix problems. They are tolerant of my misbehaving pets. It is a safe place to live. I often walk my dog late at night. Lovely wooded location. They will treat you well if you do the same.

I just renewed my lease here. The apartments are old, but spaceous. I do like living here...it's quiet, safe and feels more like a home then most apartments. There are roaches in the summer...even with regular pest control. Maintenance is a joke...they actually responded to a request recently from two months ago! That's ridiculous that it took two months to come out...I had already fixed it myself out of necessity! The price is why I stay. I have a good relationship with the office staff and they are very friendly. If you can live with about one roach a day in the summer and almost non-existent maintenance, this place is a wonderful deal! If the apartments were updated and maintenance was on top of things I would definitely give this place 5 + Stars. However, it would also be much more expensive if it was updated.

This place really is close to everything. You gotta love the way the staff acts and treats the tenants. My job can be so fast paced but when I get home and kick the feet up I am so at peace. I love this place.

As a current resident, I can say that living at Stoneridge is by far my favorite home. Karen the manager and maintenance staff have been very responsive and easy to communicate with. Whenever I have had an issue they have been awesome! The property is well maintained and the residents are friendly. Great location with parks, shopping, and highway close by. I would highly recommend living here.

This was my daughters first major move when she and her friend got their apartment at Oak Glen and it couldn't have been better. From the very first day to the end of their lease the manager Kellie was nothing but the most professional and enjoyable person to work with and the only reason for leaving was that my daughter was relocated to Lorain, Ohio and her roommate moved back to California or they would still be there. I highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment to consider Oak Glen and working with such a professional and likable person as Kellie. You will be quite pleased with both. The apartment was spanking clean and I was surprised with the apartment compared to others in the area both in size and price. They are huge compared to any other we saw. Thank you Kellie and Oak Glen for making my daughters stay there so pleasing, comfortable and safe and I would surely have my daughter live there again if she was transferred back to this area!

Me and my grandparents have been here a year and I can say that I have enjoyed it. The office staff is nice and courteous as well as understanding. Maintenance is always there when they say they are. A place for everyone. Check them out you'll be glad you did.

I decided to move to Eagle's Landing not long after the first building was opened. As with any new construction property some issues arose. I must say that I was amazed at the swift action and diligence of the staff to correct any and all issues in a timely manner! Mara Judd is the best! Although she was extremely busy ensuring new occupants were able to move in as scheduled, she was still adept at juggling all aspects of her duties...above and beyond!!! Thanks, Mata for one of the esiest and most pleasant moving experiences I have had!

great apartment community and they are pet friendly!

Have been here a while now. Secured doors are great and so is security. No crazies! They keep their hallways clean and the place is quiet. Rent is about 100$ cheaper than other places I lived and I only pay for electric.

Karen is the best property manager. Any time we email her she answers promptly. The community is great. The neighbors are very friendly. I’ve lived here for over a year and the only reason I’m leaving is I’m moving out of state. I highly recommend this complex. Others who reviewed may have had issues but I never have had any problems with Stoneridge.

My name is April shepherd.i would like to share my experience here at fawn lake apartments.this by far the best place I have lived at.this place is very clean also very quiet.the office staff is amazing.they are awesome at what they do.the maintenance men who work there are great at what they do as well.i would definitely recommend this place to my friends,family.they have made my moving experience very easy.most places I have been at were not very friendly and welcoming. But fawn lake made my move a very great experience.

This is a great place to live! The property manager Karen is awesome she gets back to you very fast on anything you need. Any time I have needed to call maintenance they are very fast to respond and are very professional. This is a great area to live and the comfortable and quiet apartment is always well taken care of.

Nice apartments. I enjoyed my stay there the pool was great and always clean. Fixing things in my apartment (which rarely broke) were fixed promptly and professionally. The manager Kellie was easy to work with, she was well informed and available to talk out any issues or answer any questions I had! Very nice people and nice place for a reasonable price. Highly recommended!!

Just moved in a 1 bedroom this week. feels like home

Living at Campus Side Apartments has been a great experience for me. The girls in the office and the maintenance guys are all extremely helpful and friendly. Whenever I have an issue (which is rare), it is almost always taken care of within the day that it occurs. The living space (I live in a one bedroom) is perfect; it is cozy but still has enough room for all of my stuff - and trust me, I have a lot of stuff. There are often breakfasts or other meals in the clubhouse in celebration of different events (semester starts, holidays, finals weeks, etc.) and there is a tanning bed and gym available for use by all residents. I would highly recommend choosing Campus Side as your next apartment!

I just moved in Alcoma on April 1st. My 2 bedroom apartment with a balcony (I call my Palace) is so very nice, and huge. It's like living in a house. Everything was spotless upon moving in, and it is very comfortable. The maintenance man is so very nice and helpful. The halls, laundry room, lobby and elevator are very well kept. And it so very convenient to have the rent office right on the property, where if you need the ladies in the office during the day they are very nice and right there. I'm never moving from Alcoma on the Green. I found my forever home.

I have lived at Campus Side in a 2 bed/1 bath for two years, and have signed on for a third year in a 4 bed/4 bath. The apartments are nice and the staff is great. They are so easy to talk to, and I have never had a problem with maintenance since Bob started. He is also a very nice guy as well. Compared to other places in the area, the cost, the location, and the apartments themselves beat out others in my opinion. People have complained about the need for guest parking passes, however, they are easy to get, and are cheaper than getting towed! Overall, my experience at Campus Side has been greater than I could imagine and I highly recommend you sign a lease there!

Great place to live!! Very roomy and spacious apartment at a very affordable price. Location is great as you are close to anything you would need. Staff is awesome, especially Mallie and Tabitha.

Amazon delivered a very small box to the Leasing Office a few days back. I first had received a courtesy call from the ladies in the office to let me know it arrived, then ran into a snag: "conflicting work hours." I had asked the ladies over the phone if there was a possibility of someone dropping it at my building as there are children's medication in the box.. as busy as the maintenance crew is, somehow they found time and delivered the box afterall!! What an amazing surprise! Prompt. Caring. Friendly. Helpful! I cannot say enough about this staff!! Great feeling living in a community with great people surrounding you!! 👍👌

I love living here! I'm still a resident here and I haven't had any problems at all since I've been here (which has been three years!) The maintenance responds within minutes and fix stuff immediately. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. All day (even at night) it's very quiet. There's not a lot of children making noise which is good and there's no rift-raft out here. This is a great place for anyone to live especially if you're young and just moving out from your parents house.

I've lived here for three months now. The staff is incredibly friendly; I love my apartment; the facilities are top notch. Everyone is sincere, down to earth. Special shout out to the maintenance man, Bob. He's super nice. I haven't had any issues to date, and do not expect to. Great place to live!

Eagles Landing is a new property. There are common apartment issues such as parking but overall it is a great community. Everyone seems super nice and Mara is easy to work with.

The staff is friendly, the monthly rent is one of the best in the area, and the rooms have all the necessary accommodations when you first move in. After looking at all of the other apartment complexes University Commons has everything a person needs to live. Especially new students to Slippery Rock University. Which is only a 5 minute drive away from the campus.

I renewed my lease after 1 year because this is a safe, quiet complex to live in (which most people would not expect in downtown Middletown). Whenever I call the office for any reason they are prompt to reply and thorough. My neighbors are wonderful and that is due to the staff screening of tenants. This is a great place to live

Great location near I20 and junction to I26. The amenities are above standard for the value paid. There are some choice tenants but that comes with the territory. However all office staff and maintenance crew very helpful in times of need and following up with me and my outlandish requests.

Great price and lovely/spacious apartments! Would give it a five star review but I have had a few problems with things breaking, they are older apartments but they are beautiful and very affordable!

I've recently starting living here, heard a few bad stories before moving in, however with the maintenance requests getting completed in a timely manner, and with the office staff always being a pleasure to deal with, I'd recommend Woodland Village!

My family absolutely loves Stoneridge!!! The apartments are great, well kept and clean. Karen is the best and she is always so kind and quick to help with any issues you may have. She responds promptly to all my emails and communicates great. I love the newsletters the complex sends out and Stoneridge really gives you a sense of community and belonging. Everyone I have met has been nice and all my neighbors are respectful and friendly. The maintenance crew also does a great job maintaining the property. I highly recommend living at Stoneridge!!!

Love it here! I have been here a couple years in both a one bedroom and two bedroom, very spacious! The maintenance guys come when needed and are very helpful and friendly! Whenever i call the office with a problem they send the guys out asap, even if it is just a small issue. See a lot of bad vibes about donna, i have never had a problem! Seems to be that as long as you don't do anything to disrupt the peace of the property she will not have a problem, which makes sense to me ha Also a very nice location! My fiance was raises out in the rural areas and was worried of moving to the "city" but he loves it here! They have a nice pond to fish in, a clean pool that is rarely crowded and is very close to the metroparks and shopping! Winwin!

The staff are very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I pray to the Lord Jesus Christ, I get a lovely 1 bedroom apartment at Alcoma on the Green, a clean safe place to retire at, the plus is having a landlord that cares about the community and doing there best to keep the beautiful village. I will also do my part to make it better.

I've lived here for over 1 year and re-signed my lease today. Kat, the landlord, for starters, is fantastic. She's extremely down to earth, honest, prompt in returning your calls, and is willing to work with you if you're a good tenant. I rent a 1 bedroom 1.5 bath here. I'm sandwiched right in the middle of other tenants, and you hear basic apartment movements - but the neighbors are extremely respectful. The entire complex is well maintained and very appeasing to the eye as well. It's a comfortable quaint little community without drama and noise. Not to mention my utility bills are next to NOTHING. All summer long I have not paid more than $70 for an electric bill. The gym facility is nice, the pool is well kept, I get packages delivered at my door all the time and have NEVER had any issues with them going missing. It feels safe to me, knowing that there are several officers that live in the community as well. All in all, if there are vacancies, give this place a shot. Me + my 2 cats are perfectly happy here with no plans of leaving any time soon.

Our experience with The Apartment Store's Campus Side Apartments in Slippery Rock, PA was great. We have put three kids through college and our youngest stayed at Campus Side Apartments. We were so impressed with the friendliness and availability of the staff. The communication to both the residents and parents was outstanding. We loved how the rent was able to be automatically deducted from an account we established, and on the day we determined. Also, the Apartment Store paid the utilities each month and divided it among the roommates so that not one resident was responsible for getting payments from roommates. The Apartment Store took on that burden and emailed reminders to the residents. In summary, having our son stay at this apartment complex was the easiest situation of all of our three children in apartments while in college. The Campus Side Apartment staff are organized, efficient and great communicators! Thanks for everything!

I have nothing but fantastic things to say about this place. The girls in the clubhouse (particularly Mallory) are fantastic. They are always friendly and never seem to be bothered to retrieve my mail packages. My apartment is really nice and I have not had any maintenance or bug problems. But if the leasing office crew is any indication of the maintenance, I have nothing to worry about!

I moved here in 2013 and it’s always felt like home. Robert and Tim always came when I needed something fixed. I moved out two years ago and the other place didn’t feel like home so I moved back to Fawn Lake last August. The front office girls were very welcoming and helpful. Deeana and Danielle do their best and follow up with calls when they can:)

I lived at Campus Side Apartments for two years, the office and maintenance staff are always willing to help, maintenance service is incredible and fast (my problems have always been resolved within 48hrs. from light bulbs to leaky faucets, even replacing a water heater at 11PM) The apartments themselves (I lived in two different units) are very reasonably priced for what you get, billing is also all in house (makes bill pay super easy!) Honestly I can’t say enough good things about Campus Side, excellent place to live and I would recommend anyone to them for a very fair, and excellent experience.

I have been moved in for two months. Everything is great. The place is well managed and maintained. Jennifer the apartment manager and Adam is super friendly and very helpful. If you have questions or something needs to be repaired, they respond your request and solve the problem very quickly. I highly recommend University Commons to anyone!

We absolutely love our townhouse apartment here at Trotwood Manor. Such a beautiful area. The neighbors are very friendly. Nice area to walk around the neighborhood. Very close to businesses as well as interstate highway and turnpike. Management and maintenance take good care of everyone always. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new place to live.

Over the course of my TEN year stay here, I have definitely seen a few changes, mostly good. This neighborhood is incredibly quiet, I feel safe and more importantly it is definitely home. I have had the chance to meet the different staff over the years and we have never had a problem. I plan to reside here until the end, that is if they'll have me.

I spent about 10 months in this place it's nice quite the staff are really friendly and helpful I never had any problems with anything the internet and cable TV are included and ready to use you don't need to be concern about utilities and call them the staff taking care of everything and the manager Jenn is a really great person.

I am moving in tomorrow and I am so excited! I got to meet Pam, and what a great lady! She handled everything wonderful for me. She thought of things that I would have never thought of just a great person all around. I have been counting down the days for almost a month now, now tomorrow is the big day. I can't wait!

I truly enjoyed my time at Autumn Ridge (Sept 2016 - Aug 2017). Lindsay and the entire staff were always accommodating, flexible, and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend Autumn Ridge to anyone looking for an affordable apartment that is also convenient to anywhere in the Columbia area that you'd ever want/need to go.

Having lived here for almost 3 years and being a single father of two it really meets my needs and importantly my budget. Both me and my girls love living in Fawn lake. Having one of the townhouses is perfect for our lifestyle. The girls love the pool and we also love to fish by the pond, and the office staff have always been kind, courteous and helpful. I'm hopeful to have many many years here.

Such an awesome property. Apartments are older but the space makes up for it. The team is all friendly and super helpful when you have maintenance issues.

Campus Side is the best place to rent from in Slippery Rock and it isn’t even close. Adam and Jennifer (they work in the office) are good people and are more understanding than any property management company I’ve ever rented from. I had a situation one month during my lease where my GI bill got pro-rated and I started a new job later than expected and they were accommodating throughout. I kept them up to date on my financial situation and they worked with me until I got it squared away. Not to mention the parking pass is free for the entire year (opposed to $60/semester that I paid at Stonecrest) and all your mail gets shipped to the clubhouse so no need to worry about paying for a PO Box or any of that nonsense. I don’t usually write reviews like this on Google but if there’s any other students reading reviews/looking for an off Campus spot, look no further. Jen and Adam helped me out a lot, they actually understand the circumstances of a college kid’s life and won’t leave you out to dry if you’re caught in a pinch. Living here was my best SRU housing experience for sure.

I've been living at St. Charles Court for the past 4 years and the area is friendly and I've always felt safe in these apartments. I would recommend my friends reside here also.

I am a past resident since I've purchased a home but I lived here in 2 different units and had a positive experience. Staff has always been accommodating and maintenance took care of us. With it being a large community turn around time wasn't an issue. There was also scheduled pest control and if you requested it more than they added you. Amenities were great and they were converting over to salt water pools when I left. Location was ideal and the school district is top notch!

Safe and friendly environment - beautiful backyard to enjoy all year round. My apartment was in very nice condition when I moved in. Convenient location with good schools, lots of stores and a good hospital nearby.

We love living here. The property manager (Kat) and Maintenance Engineer (Craig) make living here comfortable, safe, and affordable. There are new windows and A/C units on most (if not all) of the units. Our utility bills are low and the facilities are exceptional well maintained. We really like the valet trash pickup and how well the pool is kept up. Our 7 year old spends a lot of time on the basketball court and playground. You really can't find a better place to rent at this price point in Anderson. That there are multiple police officers in the neighborhood is an added piece of mind. The units are seldom vacant so if you are considering and it's available put your deposit down asap!

I love this apartment. It is a well maintained property. The property manager April is very helpful. I feel it is a very safe place to live and it is close to my work. It is at a convenient location. I don't know much about schools, as I don't need it.

Wonderful community. The office staff are friendly and always helpful. Never a problem with getting ahold of maintenance for what minor issues crop up. Great landscaping and even playground and pool.

I have worked with Hartwell Point and the sister Site Hartwell Cove for right at 3 years now. The Grounds and amenities are very well maintained . If i have any issue's while inside the apartments the matiance tech usually comes immediately to see about the problem and fixes it right then if it is possible to do so. Kat the property manager is fantastic! She is willing to work with almost anyone who is reasonable and puts forth the effort to be a good tenant or employee. She is very Focused on getting apartments in the very best clean state for all tenants. I'v whitnessed nothing but an abundance of professionalism and genuine effort during my time at both properties!

Suitable living conditions,friendly neighbors, and wonderful staff! Location is a "plus" as well!

I really enjoyed my 2 years at Campus Side Apartments. As a graduate student, I enjoyed the fact that it was a quiet complex and was very close to campus. The staff was always willing to answer questions and provide assistance when needed, and maintenance quickly fixed any issues that arose. I would highly recommend staying at Campus Side as a student at Slippery Rock University.

Awesome location, I work downtown and I can get to work in no time! The ground are well kept and the office staff is great. I have had to complain once or twice about my messy neighbors, but I guess that comes with apartment living. I have never seen an apartment with so much space. The apartments are a little old, but the price is just right and the complex is very nice considering the age.

I have lived in the complex for nearly 7 years. I have often heard mixed reviews of how attentive to resident needs the staff have been - some good, some not at all so good, and some neutral. However, my experience with personnel, the area, and my apartment has been spectacular, honestly. Any time I need anything repaired, typically within the day if not the next day (barring some extenuating/understandable circumstances), a maintenance crewman is at my door. I've had very few issues with my apartment or with personnel (if any with personnel). The staff in the leasing office are PHENOMENAL. The only reason I have not rated Woodland Village at 5 stars is because the complex has had a history of "changing hands" very frequently. This tends to make policies/operations and access to certain amenities change as well. Tamara Torres, who has been here since I moved in, has been here the longest. She is a consummate professional. Incredibly courteous to all tenants (even the impossible ones...you know the ones) and always does her personal best to maintain as consistent a residential environment as possible despite the changes. The community itself is incredibly diverse. With a heavily active Indian community, alongside East Asian, White, African American, college/exchange students, and senior citizens, it's one of the most diverse neighborhoods I've ever lived in. It matters for reasons that may not be appropriate to explain in detail here, but in short, it helps "keep the peace". That being said, it is a pleasant place to live. Of course, as with any complex, you'll have riff raff and noise makers, but overall, that is a significantly uncommon occurrence here. The location is optimal being that it is approximately 10 to 15 minutes from anywhere in or circumfrential to Columbia (Lexington, West Columbia, NE Columbia, Irmo, Cayce, Gaston, Downtown Columbia). It's an older but quaint community to live in and overall, I very much enjoy it here.

Great place in an area with not too many new and affordable apartment complexes. Mara is great with leasing and any questions. She is very responsive, quick and efficient. She is a text away if you have any issues and is hardworking. A day after I viewed the property, I signed my lease and was given the key. I would high recommend living in this complex!

I am renewing my lease for a third time and can honestly say I've had a great experience. Donna, the rest of the management team and especially the maintenance guys have been wonderful to me. Any issue I've had and needed assistance has always been responded to promptly and resolved. I live in one of the dog friendly buildings and am so happy they are willing to allow pet owners to rent here.

The apartments are in fantastic shape, rules are fair, along with the price. It was in mint condition when we moved in. You get a free pool and half off Marcos pizza once each month, whats not to like? Just too bad everyone finds it a fantastic idea to freaking commute at top volume at inappropriate times of night in the parking lot, and the upstairs neighbors ride freaking bicycles on our ceiling with square wheels! How can humans possibly make such noise?!? Oh well, can't complain much given the other pros with the place.

Great place to live

I have lived at Autumn Ridge Apartments for going on four years. I have to hand it to Michelle, the apartment manager because she is AMAZING! She’s so friendly and always makes sure everything is kept clean, neat, and quiet! Whenever I have a maintenance request they are always so quick to get things situated. Mr. Albert who does most of the maintenance work for Autumn Ridge really knows his stuff and is super friendly! Both Michelle and Albert are true assets to this complex! This is by far the best apartment complex in the area that I have ever lived....All thanks to the amazing staff.

Honestly I've seen a lot of bad reviews for these apartments, and I don't understand what happened with everyone else but my fiance daughter and I have had a wonderful experience so far. We have lived here for about 3 months and the apartments are very nice, they cleaned up very well and it's spacious. The price is not bad for what you're getting. I found the management to be very nice helpful and respectful. I think if you're looking for somewhere to live this isn't a bad option at all.

Spent numerous years at this complex and it has been nothing but amazing! The senior property manager Mrs. Torres has been there since i first moved in and has really been an outstanding manager since day one! Any issues (maintenance or office) were promptly responded to! I give this complex a 5 star review! Recommend a bonus or special recognition for this property manager! She takes pride in her job and displays extraordinary care for her tenants! I will always be team #Torres!

I recently toured this community and absolutely loved it! The office gals were nice and welcoming and my dog was greeted too! Even had dog treats out for her. We saw no trash on the grounds and each apartment we toured had no bugs! I must admit some of these "reviews" are bias and they almost scared us away! Pros: Great location and the space can't be beat. Cons: No covered parking but there is plenty of open parking. Can't wait until next month!

I love living here. The management has been nothing but kind and understanding. The maintenance team do their best to keep the complex clean and safe. I've been watching the renovations and they are looking great! I just renewed my lease and I have no problems.

I've had to get my oven fixed, that's it and they took care of it quickly. Mara makes it a pleasure to handle any issues and has been great through this covid thing. It's been hard for everyone but if it wasn't for the staff taking care of things, it would be allot harder.

I will be renewing my lease for a third year here. The location is good, and the rent as well. I am also moving to an upgraded apartment so you get what you pay for 🙂 The staff is friendly, and I have never had a problem with my neighbors.

The Leasing Office has the best staff. They made every single interaction easy and understandable. My son loved living here and I highly recommend Campus Side/University Commons to anyone!

These townhomes are great to rent and live in. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Working with the office staff is pleasant and never an issue. Jennifer is quick to resolve housing issues and the maintenance staff is quick to respond and fix the problem. I'd recommend these townhomes to anyone!!

I have lived here for going on my 3rd year. The school district is awesome, the neighborhood is quiet, and the property manager is one of the nicest landlords I have ever had in my renting history. Our rent has gone up since I first moved in, however I understand that any financial changes are made by the owners and NOT the property mgr.....she just has to enforce the changes. She is very understanding and will work with you if possible, and she does her best to continually improve and beautify the property. I personally don't have any complaints with her, and I feel like unless the complaint has to do with maintenance time frames (large property with small amt of grounds people) any complaints you see for this property are most likely due to their own attitude towards life. Great place to live!!!!!

The move in went really smooth! I even moved in on Memorial Day weekend, thinking this might’ve been a problem. But, Jennifer the apartment manager, was kind enough to leave my keys and make sure the apartment was clean And ready for me to move in! There were some minor dings and scratches on the wall but within the first couple days there the kind folks from maintenance came and fixed them. Very grateful for the staff here and the location is nice if you’re trying to avoid distractions but still be close to campus!

I am on my second year lease. I highly recommend it here. Excellent building manager and terrific maintenance man. The times I have called for maintenance, I received fast service and the expected time it would be completed. Paying rent online is easy. I think I'll stay awhile :- )

I've lived here for over a year. The lady's in the office are awesome! Anything you need they will help. Very nice very friendly. The grounds are kept clean. I've never had a problem from anyone. I love it here!

I've lived here for 2 years and the apartment complex is always clean. The management and maintenance staff are wonderful and very personable and professional. I have not had any major maintenance issues but if i do maintenance responds in a timely fassion. The areas a very quiet neighborhood and the swimming pool in the summertime is a great place for kids to hang out with their parents. I recommend you come check the place out for Yourself.

I spent my senior year at campus side in the personal villas. The staff, from the supervisor to the maintenance grew was exceptional. For a person who wants the experience of moving off campus without the wild party life surrounding them, campus side is the #1 choice. I have lived at this complex for 2 years now and absolutely love it . I was extremely nervous moving off campus as a slippery rock student from out of state ! The office is filled with extremely helpful , knowledge and caring workers. For any parents concerned with their students living of campus , campus side apartments make it so easy. They have multiple laundry room available at any time. There clubhouse is available certain times of the day to workout , tan or just relax . They also have some great giveaways and events so you can meet Some of your neighbors! Parking is always super nice ! There is always available parking close to your residence ! Again the staff is extremely hospitable and cares about the residents and any questions they may have ! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I've been here for just over a month, and I'm thrilled! The staff has been great, and Michelle, the Property Manager, is incredible! Very helpful and super personable and quick to answer any questions I've had along the way (and I'm an anxious, question-asking person)! The units are older, but clean and well kept up. The one bedroom offers plenty of space and storage, and even with all my furniture and belongings, it still feels open and roomy. There was an issue with the ceiling fan in my bedroom, but the service staff was able to fix immediately and graciously. I'm very happy here at Autumn Ridge!

Campus Side has a great selection of single to four bedroom apartments, staff is friendly, and a quite place to live!

Very quiet neighborhood. Maintenance is great! The only downside is the age of the buidings which leads to drafty windows and front door.

Although it is a lower price point, most of the tenants are hard working families, a lot of young people and immigrants, but everyone I have encountered has been for the most part polite, and no trouble... of course there will always be "that one", but the helpful courteous management staff is prompt and responsive...

Alcoma on the Greens is a safe wonderful place to live. I am a Tenant at Alcoma on the Greens and it is a safe place for myself and my four children. I just want to say thank you to the Building Manager and Property Manager Walter Wilson for taking charge and making Alcoma on the Greens to back the way it was which was a safe respectable and a wonderful place to live and they also have payment on-line so that you can pay your rent on-line if you can’t get to the office to pay in person. But thank you so much to the Building Manager and the Property Manager Walter Wilson without y’all it would not be what it is right now.

My Mother-in-law lived at Bowerhill 3 For years and had a wonderful apt their. She always said that when ever there was a issue with anything , she would call to office and The maintenance Man Kevin would come and take care of it always .The lobby area was always kept so Nice and Clean . The Manager Pam would always say hello to Us upon coming and going . Pam was so Helpful when We were having a few issues with Our Mom . Pam always was Smiling and ready to Help if she could . We have recommended Bowerhill 3 to a few of Our Moms friends also, and Pam has made their transition from a large home to a 2 Bedroom apt so easy . My family and I moved here last September after a disagreement with our previous complex about our pets. The Office Staff and Maintenance workers are very friendly and have settled any issues quickly, and have never once been judgmental about my family arrangement or the fact that we have snakes as pets. Pest control comes regularly, and there have not been any issues with bugs or rodents. This is the nicest apartment complex in this area, and is the nicest complex that I have ever lived in (and I spent way more money on a terrible apartment off of Harbison Blvd). The rent is very reasonable, and they do awesome things like BINGO where you can win different prizes. The only thing that is a "negative" would be the pool size, it's small and shallow, but it's still a lot nicer than most of the pools at other apartments. Overall, I'd rate this place a 9.5 out of 10.

Compared to all other apartments the rent is very reasonable. There are some apartments still cheaper than this but those have hidden charges or utilities charges are more. This is the best apartment I would say to go with in Monroeville. 1 BHK rent in other apartment is equivalent to 2 BHK apartment of this one. I think only concern is you will not find play area or Jym within the apartment and some times its tough to find a place for car parking.

Campus Side is affordable yet does not lack in quality. The staff is pleasant to interact with, maintenance is on top of things, and they care about your overall living experience. It’s quiet for the most part and very well kept. I thoroughly enjoyed my one-year stay and I wish I’d have decided to live there sooner.

Mara is great with us tenants. She is always willing to help. Even during Covid lay offs she worked with us. Eagle's Landing is great!

I am a current resident in bent tree apartments. And I have to say that it is by far the best complex that I have ever lived in. The office staff is amazing! They are very friendly and always there when I need assistance!! The neighborhood is very quiet and the grounds are well kept. I love it and will not be moving anytime soon. If you are looking for an apartment bent tree is where you need to be!!

I see that a lot of these reviews are old and it's a shame that there aren't that many good reviews for Arbor Glen. Arbor Glen is an older community, however it's very well maintained and the maintenance staff here is GREAT! Since September of 2008 a new office staff has been here and they seem to really care. This year alone we have had many resident functions, which has allowed me to get to know my neighbors. In April there was an Easter Egg Hunt for the little ones, in May there were two events a resident social and cookout/pool party. I think I can speak for a lot of the residents when I say the pool party was good old fashion fun for the whole family to enjoy. I have lived here since 2006 and I intend on living here for many years to come. Please don't let the bad reviews discourage from calling Arbor Glen your new home. It's a GREAT place to live!

Amazing management! Mara has been fantastic!! Fast at responding and very accommodating for workers and our crazy hours. Anything we needed she has helped with or sent us in the right direction to get things done even when calling or txt late at night!! We came from out of state and got us in within a few days! The apartments are beautiful with great floor plans. Couldn’t be more grateful and pleased with eagles landing and Mara!

Ok, so I moved in a few weeks ago and I swear it’s so peaceful and quite. The place is clean and neat too. One thing that I liked was the landlord she was very kind and nice and helpful. I don’t care for landlords that act as If they are lord of the manner. Lol. The laundry area is so clean and smells good too. I never see that anywhere. The location is so close the interstate and seems close to great shopping from every direction. My kid loves the school and it’s conveniently located a few minutes away. I needed a hand with something and the maintenance guys were on it as if it was there own homes. This is really a different environment. I don’t usually do reviews so this says a lot.

Personable group of rental property owners. Quality apartments that are reasonably priced for college living. Highly recommended.

This apartment complex has the most amazing staff. They work long hours, answer, return phone calls quickly, and are great at notifying you when you have a package. Rates stay the same as when you sign the contract. Maintenance is great and timely with repairs. This gated community is great and neighbors are friendly. Everyone watches out for one another and I love that!

I just arrived this week to work at the Cracker Plant. I called Mara on Monday. She met me at the property Monday night at 8pm due to work and let me tour 3 different apartments. Now I’m moving in this weekend. She was super easy to work with.

I did research before signing up, and this was the best value considering the price, square footage, and overall conditions (cleanliness and safety). I leased a 1 BR apartment. Most enjoyable to me was the screened-in balcony; I spent many evenings out there. I've already recommended Woodland to several friends look for a great value.

The office lady's and maintenance was great. You never actually meet the real owners. The apartments are located in a horrible part of town but that's not the apartments fault. I like how they allow big dogs and they also have a pool and a park. Honestly I liked my apartment and I'll definitely miss it. I gave it four stars because it's kinda pricey for its location and for a one bedroom is $600. You could get a house for the same price but that does include trash and water and the pool.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place. I have traveled with my husband for many years and I have to say this is the best place that we have stayed at while away from home. The property is great, clean, and just has a home away from home feel about it. We fell in love with the property manger from day one, she became like one of our own daughters as well as her children being like our grandchildren. We got sent home March 19,2020 because COVID-19 and there was not a problem at all. We came back to our home in Tennessee and did not return to get our belongings until the last of our lease. We set up payments for the two months that was left on our lease and the property manger was very easy to work with on this with no pressure at all. I could never say enough good about this place because it was just like being at home from day one. Mara Smaretsky we love and miss you like crazy .

I honestly love my apartment and have had no issue. They are old buildings so they do get a little chilly in the winter if you don't seal the windows.

I've had no problems since I've been here maintenance comes when I call they fix it if it breaks so I don't know what else to say the landlord is very sweet lady I never have no problems with her and they always treat me with respect and I treat them with respect and I like living here

The staff minds their business. I've never had a issue with getting things repaired. They're always willing to work with you on payments. All in all I like it. It's peaceful and my apartment is roomy.

I have had only a positive experience living at the University Commons. The staff is courteous and accommodating. They always respond to any challenges I have in a timely manner. I have never had any issues reaching them, or getting my problems solved. Strongly recommend!

Love it

While they may not be the brightest and newest looking apartments, the staff makes up for it. Any maintenance issues were solved quickly, they always email back fast, and are typically very flexible and understanding. Happily renewed my lease for a 2 room with a friend and as long as the staff personable and readily available as they have shown, I plan to stay for the rest of college.

The best apartments off campus of SRU. Apartments are nice and rent is affordable. The staff is all very friendly and easy to talk to. I highly recommend!

I lived here for 2 years... I never had any insects...ever.. I never had any trouble with anyone.. the office was always wonderful..maintenance is A++... I actually miss renting here..my apartment was great...the only complaint I could ever have, and it's really not a complaint...I had to park my truck out of my view...when the freshly paved...was only a week... yea the neighborhood is rough... but I never had any problems..

We started looking for an apartment in February 2020. We contacted Eagles Landing and talked to Mara. She was amazing and so helpful. When Covid happened and shut everything down, we didn’t move to PA. In July, we were reassigned to PA and needed to move fast. Mara was awesome! She remembered me, helped to fit our needs and to find the right apartment for us. She never failed to answer my texts and answered all my questions immediately. When we went to see the apartment and sign the contract, she had everything ready and was great to work with. Thank you Mara!

My mom moved in 4 yrs ago. The apt. was clean and roomy. She rents a garage to be sure she has a parking space. (Parking can be tight) The staff has been friendly and efficient. Any issues have been dealt with in a timely matter. Nice pool, workout room and party room. Pam tries to get residents engaged with parties and games and lunches. ( depending on response). Close to stores and bus route is at the top of the hill if needed and close to hospital. Overall my mom has been very pleased with her home.

I rented out a nice two bedroom apartment this school year and it was a great experience all around. The apartments are very nice and well maintained. The units are all very well kept and I genuinely feel that I am paying a fair price for a great apartment. They do not come furnished, but that is still okay because you can customize them any way you would want. The staff at the office are very great to get along with and can help you in any way possible. They are almost always able to be reached should you have any questions. This is the perfect apartment for a college student to own and experience what having their own place is like. The only thing I would change at this complex is to add more washers and dryers for laundry services. It was a very great experience for me this year, and plan to sign another lease here.

This apartment complex is stunning. When you first walk in to the office you are greeted with the nicest manager, and a homey yet beautiful office. I came to tour the complex and couldn't believe how amazing the entire place was! After the initial information, Mara the manager gave me a tour of the place! We started with the tenant game room. Complete with coffee bar, pool tables, and cable to relax! Then outside to the barbecue area! Its awesome being able to grill while away from home and not worry about buying a grill then figuring out what to do with it later! The apartment I looked at and ultimately fell in love with was so spacious. It had an incredible view of local woods, that just screamed serenity after a long day at work. Everything was brand new, and I was convinced I had to be the first person to ever live there with how fresh and new everything felt! I went through wiping my finger everywhere looking for a spec of dust, there wasn't ANY. This place is perfect! Thank you Mara!! I can not thank you enough for everything! Everyone else, if you're looking for the best place to live in beaver county this is it!

We moved in about a month and a half ago. This is a great place to live the Manager is fantastic, she as took care of any problems we’ve had usually that day or the day after. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

I have lived here since October 2017 and have never had a problem! A lot of people complain about Management and stuff, but honestly they do what they are supposed to do! Great prices to help save money, and we never get charged extra for anything. The pool looks amazing, I can’t attest to that because it isn’t open yet, but I can’t wait for it to be! People usually mind their own business around here, but like anywhere, you can come across some annoying people. I really enjoy living here!

Karen, the property manager, is fantastic! Very helpful and always a pleasure to chat with. The apartments are nice and in a fun area. Tons of food and shopping near by as well as hiking/bicycle/dog trails. Maintenance was quick to respond when needed, even when I had an issue at 2 am. The parking lot stays clean as well as plowed during the winter. All of my neighbors are very friendly. I honestly wouldn't be leaving if it wasn't due to being furloughed because of Covid-19.

My fiance and I are new to the area and needed to be close to downtown Columbia without the price tag. Not only was the space insanely large but for the rent we couldn't pass this up. We have a large dog and a cat and was happy to know they accepted them and we were able to bring them into the office. That was a pleasant surprise.

I'm proud of my home and I love the space and affordability. My neighbors are kind and they accept my packages which is plus for me since I love to shop, lol. Me encanta mi apartamento!

Nice apartment and staff is friendly

I moved into St. Charles 6 months ago. I've lived in other apartments and houses in canton for the last 5 years. I don't party and I work. I am happy living here and I feel safe and the place is quiet for me and my son. The workers fix things right away if there is a problem and they are always scrubbing the hallways, and this may sound dumb, but I love the fact that everything smells clean.

So far...so good!!!! 🙂

We go there to pick up a friend. We need a security code to get in or that gate won't open. Parking is plentiful. Security cars make rounds. The complex seems quiet.

My family and I have been living in these apartments for almost 2 years. We moved from Georgia to Sc and had a hard time finding good apartments, with good management. We rented in two other locations but the last location before East Ridge Apartments was horrible. So when we found East Ridge Apartments we loved it. When we moved in, Rebecca was the manager and she was so sweet and caring. She was always helping the tenants and she always tried to bring ppl together and be good neighbors. We were so sad to see her go. But the new manager, Erica, is good too. She is friendly and nice. Everytime I had an issue she deals with it fast. And Mr. Mic (the maintenance guy) is a nice guy and does a good job at fixing things. We loved him! He is nice to my kids and always very helpful with tips on how to care for the apartment. We have enjoyed living here. We will miss you guys!!!

I have lived at Stone ridge for the past year, and I will renew my lease for another year. I have nothing but great things to say about my stay. The office manager Karen is the best, if I have any questions or concerns she handles it in a very timely manner and in a professional way. I highly recommend this apt. complex to people looking for a good clean, quiet area with access to great businesses.

I enjoy the after hours emergency maintenance! Very handy. The office ladies are so very sweet, and anytime I get a delivery, Heather is always saying she's jealous of my stuff I get, haha. They're very helpful, so never be afraid to ask them for anything!

New apartment building. Tasteful decor. Close to all amenities. The property manager is very personable, friendly and easy to deal with. I rented an apartment to be close to work and overall my experience has been excellent.

When I live there 2010-2013 the only issue l had was my air went out and they put some kind of window unit above my bed that made me sick. But other than that the staff was very helpful and pleasant. I don't k ow about what's going on there now.

Nice place to live

Woodland Village is a great place to live! My needs are met and my building neighbors are great and it has been that way for years. This community is large and with that comes many different personalities to manage. I've experienced the rudeness from people within the community so I praise them. What speaks volumes in my opinion isn't the number of negative reviews because that's a given (society has taught us this)... but how many people over the course of time enjoyed this as their home. There are thousands of us! 🙂

Definitely worth the rent. I moved in, in July of 2016, and love it. The office staff are always courteous and helpful, and the I have never had a problem getting anything fixed whether t was porch blind slats that I accidentally knocked off when taking down my Christmas decorations, or a plumbing issue. It has always been taken care of within a relatively short amount of time (usually (always the dame day if it a pluming issue, freezer breaking down, etc), and the staff is always glad to see you when you go by the office. If you do not have time to get to the gym, they have one that is open 24/7. The community is safe, and neighbors are great. Also, if you take the city bus, the bus stop is directly in front of the apartment. I usually do not like to give reviews, but I would definitely recommend this place

Enjoyed living at woodland village stayed in 3 bedroom apartment very large and spacious . I rarely had issues , if anything came up i spoke with te leasing manger Tabatha she is very kind and very understanding 🙂

My husband and I absolutely LOVE Hartwell Pointe! We have a 2 Bedroom, 1.5 bathroom and it is so nice and cozy! In the summer the upstairs does tend to get warm, but heat rises & Kat was very informative about any issues we would have with the air for upstairs. All and all, it is a nice and quiet little place to live. Very thankful we decided to pay more for something so nice! I recommend to everyone and their mama!
