Yes, we are a pet friend community! We do have some breed restrictions, and we allow two pets maximum. There is a non-refundable $300.00 pet fee for one pet, $450 non-refundable pet for two pets. A monthly pet rent of $15.00 a month per pet.

    My family and I moved here last September after a disagreement with our previous complex about our pets. The Office Staff and Maintenance workers are very friendly and have settled any issues quickly, and have never once been judgmental about my family arrangement or the fact that we have snakes as pets. Pest control comes regularly, and there have not been any issues with bugs or rodents. This is the nicest apartment complex in this area, and is the nicest complex that I have ever lived in (and I spent way more money on a terrible apartment off of Harbison Blvd). The rent is very reasonable, and they do awesome things like BINGO where you can win different prizes. The only thing that is a "negative" would be the pool size, it's small and shallow, but it's still a lot nicer than most of the pools at other apartments. Overall, I'd rate this place a 9.5 out of 10.

    I love living here! I'm still a resident here and I haven't had any problems at all since I've been here (which has been three years!) The maintenance responds within minutes and fix stuff immediately. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. All day (even at night) it's very quiet. There's not a lot of children making noise which is good and there's no rift-raft out here. This is a great place for anyone to live especially if you're young and just moving out from your parents house.

    I am a current resident in bent tree apartments. And I have to say that it is by far the best complex that I have ever lived in. The office staff is amazing! They are very friendly and always there when I need assistance!! The neighborhood is very quiet and the grounds are well kept. I love it and will not be moving anytime soon. If you are looking for an apartment bent tree is where you need to be!!
