Our security deposit is personally based on the individual application credit and background checks. We have a tiered program that works with many different situations! We approve on full approval and conditional options. We are willing to work with all residents as much as possible.

All applications are subject to approval through an outside Screening Program. The Screening Program reviews applications based on an empirical system that incorporates various credit factors and other non-statistical factors to determine overall applicant worthiness. The Screening Program also reviews other criteria, such as Evictions, Rental Collections, and Criminal Background. We may have additional requirements based on the results, such as a non-refundable Risk Mitigation Fee. Applicants who do not have a Social Security Number cannot be processed and will, therefore, be subject to additional screening and/or other requirements.
