Security deposits are based on the results of our applicants’ credit and background screenings. Security deposits range from $300.00 – full month’s rent.

Utilities are not included. Residents will be billed monthly for the following: water, sewage, gas, and trash. Trash is a flat $5.00 fee per month. Water, sewage, and gas are based on the square footage of your apartment and your occupancy. Residents will be required to contact Duquesne Light Company to obtain electric service prior to move-in. Cable, internet, and/or phone service is available through Comcast/Xfinity or Verizon Fios.

Yes! We have storage lockers in the laundry facilities of every building. Lockers are free of charge when available. We also have hand operated garages available for an additional monthly fee at Monroe Village!

Our maintenance technicians are on-call 24/7. You would call our emergency maintenance line and report maintenance emergencies to our answering service.

All applications are subject to approval through an outside Screening Program. The Screening Program reviews applications based on an empirical system that incorporates various credit factors and other non-statistical factors to determine overall applicant worthiness. The Screening Program also reviews other criteria, such as Evictions, Rental Collections, and Criminal Background. We may have additional requirements based on the results, such as a non-refundable Risk Mitigation Fee. Applicants who do not have a Social Security Number cannot be processed and will, therefore, be subject to additional screening and/or other requirements.
