There are two bus stops near Bower Hill Apartments. There is one bus stop located to the left of our entrance and a bus stop located to the right of our entrance.

Q: Are you pet friendly?

Yes, but we only accept up to one cat.

Q: What is the criteria to be accepted for Bower Hill Apartments?

You must have a credit score of or above 629 and income three times the amount of rent.

Q: Does Bower Hill Apartment have washer and dryers?

No, but we have a laundry room on each floor with two washers and two dryers per floor.

Q: What is your rental criteria?

All applications are subject to approval through an outside Screening Program. The Screening Program reviews applications based on an empirical system that incorporates various credit factors and other non-statistical factors to determine overall applicant worthiness. The Screening Program also reviews other criteria, such as Evictions, Rental Collections, and Criminal Background. We may have additional requirements based on the results, such as a non-refundable Risk Mitigation Fee. Applicants who do not have a Social Security Number cannot be processed and will, therefore, be subject to additional screening and/or other requirements. Please get in touch with the leasing office for details and to receive a copy of our qualifying criteria.

My mom moved in 4 yrs ago. The apt. was clean and roomy. She rents a garage to be sure she has a parking space. (Parking can be tight) The staff has been friendly and efficient. Any issues have been dealt with in a timely matter. Nice pool, workout room and party room. Pam tries to get residents engaged with parties and games and lunches. ( depending on response). Close to stores and bus route is at the top of the hill if needed and close to hospital. Overall my mom has been very pleased with her home.

My Mother-in-law lived at Bowerhill 3 For years and had a wonderful apt their. She always said that when ever there was a issue with anything , she would call to office and The maintenance Man Kevin would come and take care of it always .The lobby area was always kept so Nice and Clean . The Manager Pam would always say hello to Us upon coming and going . Pam was so Helpful when We were having a few issues with Our Mom . Pam always was Smiling and ready to Help if she could . We have recommended Bowerhill 3 to a few of Our Moms friends also, and Pam has made their transition from a large home to a 2 Bedroom apt so easy . Pam was always able to assist or suggest things during the move into Bowerhill 3. Thank You for all Your Help Pam !! Great Job to You and Kevin !! Very Truly Yours The Miller Family🙏♥️
