Trotwood Manor Townhomes

Utilities are not included in your monthly rent at Trotwood Manor. You are responsible for water/sewage, trash, gas (where applicable) and electric. You have control of your own utilities, which means you can control usage and waste in your own residence.

We love our furry friends at Trotwood Manor! You are required to pay a one time pet fee of $300 and our monthly pet fees are $25/cat and $50/dog.

We are happy to offer 7, 9, or 12 month leases at our community. While, we would love for you to stay over 12 months, we know sometimes that just isn’t what you are looking for. We do offer 7 or 9 month leases at a premium of $150 additional per month.

We certainly do! We take care of any issues that may arise during your residency with us. We have a great maintenance team and strive to have your service request handled in a timely manner. We offer emergency maintenance for any issue that requires an immediate remedy.

All applications are subject to approval through an outside Screening Program. The Screening Program reviews applications based on an empirical system that incorporates various credit factors and other non-statistical factors to determine overall applicant worthiness. The Screening Program also reviews other criteria, such as Evictions, Rental Collections, and Criminal Background. We may have additional requirements based on the results, such as a non-refundable Risk Mitigation Fee. Applicants who do not have a Social Security Number cannot be processed and will, therefore, be subject to additional screening and/or other requirements.
