What states do you have properties in?
We currently have properties located in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and South Carolina.
What kind of amenities are offered at DBC Living's properties?
It depends on the particular property, but most of our properties provide amenities such as swimming pools, fitness centers, laundry facilities, playgrounds, and picnic areas.
Who manages your properties?
We have a Property Manager at all our properties who oversees the overall operations at the property.
Do you have online leasing?
Yes, we do! We also have a resident portal for online payments.
What is your rental criteria?
All applications are subject to approval through an outside Screening Program. The Screening Program reviews applications based on an empirical system that incorporates various credit factors and other non-statistical factors to determine overall applicant worthiness. The Screening Program also reviews other criteria, such as Evictions, Rental Collections, and Criminal Background. We may have additional requirements based on the results, such as a non-refundable Risk Mitigation Fee. Applicants who do not have a Social Security Number cannot be processed and will, therefore, be subject to additional screening and/or other requirements.
